– Set monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
– Monitor team performance and provide solutions for gaps.

2. Performance Improvement:
– Drive business performance across all company brands.
– Maintain reporting processes to measure targets.
– Address daily sales team needs and problem-solving.
3. Traffic and Sales Responsibility:
– Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic.
– Collaborate with marketing and development to optimize sales performance.

1. Trend and Opportunity Identification:
– Conduct market analysis and identify new trends.
– Discover new verticals synergistic with current business activities.
2. Business Development Planning:
– Create strategic plans for new development areas.
– Manage execution, recruitment, goal setting, performance measurement, and optimization.
