As a Medical Data Analyst, you will:
Customize Nym’s engine to address clients’ clinical and business needs.
Support Nym’s clients throughout the technical integration process, including identifying bugs and recommending fixes and improvements, hands-on work within our codebase to adjust configurations, scripts, and rules.
Provide solutions for alerts and incoming escalated tickets from our customers.
Lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams – including engineers, linguists, medical doctors, product managers, and coders—to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
