This role of Customer Support focuses on supporting international merchants during onboarding and ongoing activity.
The role includes assisting with system setup and integrations, providing written guides and video demos, and handling all communication in writing via Slack, Skype, and email (Salesforce).
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to work as part of a global 24/7 support operation through a structured shift system.
Shifts:
• 8:00–17:00 | 9:00–18:00 | 10:00–19:00 | 16:00–01:00
• Additional Sunday evening shift: 16:00–01:00
• Saturday shifts are split: 10:00–19:00 and 16:00–01:00
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays – work from home 🏠
• Other shifts – office-based (Tel Aviv area) 🖥️
Salary: 10,000–12,000 ILS per month
