Payment Clearing Manager
Our Payment&Clearing team is seeking a dynamic and dedicated team member to unleash its full potential and reach new heights. As a Payment Clearing Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of transactions, supporting merchants and customers, and maintaining the integrity of our payment systems.
Responsibilities:
Offer timely online support to customers, addressing their queries and issues efficiently.
Consistently monitor all approved and declined transactions, and assist call centers in improving success rates.
Design and deliver accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring all payment files undergo relevant checks and controls.
Proactively assess the clearing landscape, keep track of regulatory developments, and make recommendations based on analysis.
preparing and execute training programs related to the implementation of new payment solutions and new markets
reporting and assessing technical issues to the relevant teams
managing communications with the internal and external technical providers.
Requirements:
1+ years in a similar role, preferably in a company dealing with online payments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in conducting presentations.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and web search skills.
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
Strong analytical and training skills.
Flexible and open to change, able to adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
Spanish speaker is a plus.
