We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a fast-growing global startup in Tel Aviv.
The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate meetings and other HR and office events effectively.
This role has a high volume of bookkeeping tasks, so any experience in this field is an advantage!
This is a full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, based at the company’s Tel Aviv office.
The offices are conveniently located near Hashalom train station and Shderot Yehudit metro station.
Key Responsibilities
-Responsible for all administrative tasks (meetings, office supplies, supplier relations, etc.)
-Support HR tasks and work closely with our global HR managers (activities, welfare, budgeting)
-This role has a high volume of bookkeeping tasks- full responsibility for issuing invoices to the company’s B2B clients, managing payroll processes & preparing regular reports for tax authorities and year-end summaries.
-Ongoing coordination with an external accounting firm in Israel and the company’s global bookkeeping team.
Requirements
-Very good level of English (written and spoken)- must!
-Administrative experience (including military service) – advantage!
-Graduate of a bookkeeping course or nearing completion – highly advantageous!
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills and teamwork in a global environment.
