What You Will Be Doing:
A marketing performance company located in Ramat-Gan is looking for a team leader to join our media department and manage a growing team.
We are seeking for an innovative, goal-oriented, analytical star who will create new and effective ways to extend our mass media campaigns through various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a growing team of Media Buyers as a part of our Media department.
• Hands-on campaigns management.
• Reaching and analyzing company and clients’ goals
• Constantly searching for new ways to grow and evolve
• creating innovative and compelling digital strategies that connect customers with different offerings and products
• Collaborate with other marketing teams to test, measure, and scale campaigns
• Liaise directly with professional forums and social media platforms to stay apprised of the latest developments and provide insight back to internal teams
Job Requirements:
• 1+ experience as a Media Team Leader in an Online company.
• At least 3 years experience as a B2B campaigns manager.
• BA/BS degree.
• Deep analytical abilities- High proficiency in MS Excel
• Independently self-motivated, team player
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
