A leading company in the food ingredients industry is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and expand food ingredient sales across select food & beverage companies, both domestic and international, with a primary focus on European countries.
The ideal candidate needs a track record of successful sales in the European food ingredients markets (flavors, sweeteners, dietary fiber etc.), with connections in the core target markets and experience in selling products and solutions to food industries.
Key Responsibilities:
– Development and identification of market potential: Identify potential customers and market opportunities within the food industry
– Sales Execution: Negotiate terms, close new deals, and build long-term partnerships
– Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Sales teams, and R&D globally to ensure successful strategies
– Customer Insights: Communicate market needs to management while showcasing the company's innovative capabilities to customers
