Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies
– Plan, coordinate, and manage diverse email and multi-channel campaigns
– Manage trigger-based email campaigns across the customer lifecycle
– Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
– Build and update email templates (basic HTML knowledge required)
– Analyze campaign metrics and optimize future initiatives
