Job Description – Chief Financial OAicer (CFO) / Financial Controller

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly capable and versatile CFO / Financial Controller to take full
ownership of the company’s financial operations and strategy. This role combines strategic
leadership with hands-on financial management, covering everything from shareholder
reporting and group consolidation to compliance, supplier/agent financial management, and
auditing.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the forex (CFD) and marketing industry,
strong expertise in financial reporting and compliance, fluency in Hebrew and English, and the
ability to operate eAectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned
with business goals. Partner with senior management and shareholders to drive growth
and profitability.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial
modeling, and prepare income and expense forecasts. Analyze business performance,
revenue streams, and provide financial insights for decision-making.
KPI Reporting – Define, monitor, and present key financial and operational KPIs to
management and shareholders.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with international financial regulations
for forex/CFDs. Maintain strong relationships with regulators and oversee internal
risk/compliance frameworks.
Group & Management Reporting – Deliver accurate and timely management reporting
and prepare group financial consolidations for shareholders, board, and auditors.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management – Monitor and manage cash flows to support
settlements, expenses, and growth requirements.
Payments & Collections – Oversee all outgoing payments (vendors, suppliers, agents,
platforms, and taxes) as well as collections from partners, ensuring eAiciency and
accuracy.
Tax Planning & Compliance – Implement tax strategies that optimize liabilities while
maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Supplier & Agent Financial Management – Oversee financial operations related to
suppliers and agents providing accounts for platforms such as Facebook, Google,
and Taboola. Manage reconciliations, pricing, risk, and financial planning.
Auditing & Internal Controls – Coordinate and conduct audits across all group entities
worldwide. Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial transparency.
Stakeholder & Outsourced Partner Management – Act as the main liaison with
auditors, tax advisors, consultants, suppliers, and agents. Provide structured and
transparent reporting to management and shareholders.
Team Development – Lead and mentor finance and risk staA, building a culture of
accountability and operational excellence.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in a CFO, Financial Controller, or senior finance role,
ideally within forex / CFDs and marketing.
Reporting Skills: Strong expertise in group reporting, consolidation, KPI reporting,
and shareholder communications.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of forex/CFD operations, compliance, and
f
inancial regulation.
Financial Expertise: Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law, governance, risk
management, payments, and collections.
Analytical Strength: Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
Leadership & Communication: Outstanding communication and stakeholder
management abilities at board and shareholder level.
Languages: Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
Global Operations: Experience managing outsourced partners, suppliers, and cross
border teams.
Technology: Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
