An international online financial company located in Tel-Aviv is seeking an Arab Speaking Call Center Manager. Relevant candidates should have previous management experience in the online finance and trading industry (Forex, Binary Options, etc.)
Job responsibilities:
- Managing the Conversion Team (30 Representatives)
- Setting and meeting performance targets based on speed, efficiency, amount of sales, and quality
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors, and track overall performance
- Reviewing staff performance, identifying needs, and organizing training sessions
- Generating Daily Reports
- Desk Manager\Team Leader Management
Job Requirements:
- Arabic-Mother Tongue-MUST
- English – High Level
- Previous management experience with financial services – MUST
- Experienced in coaching and training staff to achieve targets and improve overall performance
- Strong sales background – MUST
- Experience as a Conversion Manager/Desk Manager/Shift Manager/Team Leader (20+ reps)
