We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Leader with a startup mindset to open and own a new market for us. You’ll be our first hire in your region/language and responsible for building traction from zero – from cold outreach to closing deals, mentoring new hires, and growing a local team.

What You’ll Do
* Be our go-to-market pioneer in your native language.
* Manage the full sales cycle: cold outreach, demos, and closing.
* Generate leads independently using creative methods (online & offline).
* Represent us with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value.
* Recruit, mentor, and manage future hires as we grow in your market.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience – a must.
– Management or team leadership experience – a strong advantage.
– Fluent in your native language (French/German/Portuguese) and proficient in English.
– Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
– Proactive, self-starting attitude with high emotional intelligence.
Compensation
High earning potential: cumulative commissions + bonuses (can stack!)
