Account Manager – מנהל/ת תיקי לקוח

 An online publicity company located in Haifa is looking for an English speaker account manager

This is a detailed-oriented, client-facing role that requires multi-tasking and effective communication to deliver first class results. Pro-active planning, as well as smart, strategic, and practical thinking, are core competencies for the Account Manager role

Responsibilities:

  • Close sales, develop and maintain sales plan for each account.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists & technical department.
  • Develop new client relationships and leverage existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities
  • Assist in invoicing documents and multi-client invoicing.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying influencers, recommendations, key decision makers.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as Account Manager/ Retention/ Sales Manager.
  • Tech savvy.
  • B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • BA in marketing or business administration related field is preferred.
  • Experience managing clients and expectations
  • Superior writing skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of and enthusiasm for new media tech, emerging technologies, and social media marketing
  • Comfort working across a variety of digital communication platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of English
