What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our HR team in a leading and global online company.
As an HR recruiter you will coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs,
The recruiter will communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities and will also be responsible for internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• E2E recruitment process.
• Oversee the full recruitment process for our marketing and tech roles
• Working independently with hiring managers
• Familiarity with sourcing through social networks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sources and hiring agencies
• Onboarding of new employees
• Manage welfare activities
Job Requirements:• 1-2 years of experience in online marketing recruiting – must
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical recruiting – an advantage
• Experience in conducting F2F interviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
